All districts and cities, as well as the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Federation of Trade Unions:

In 2023, trade unions at all levels in the province will strengthen the leadership of the Party over the work of private enterprise trade unions in accordance with the overall arrangement of the All China Federation of Trade Unions on "Party Building Leading Industrial Construction" and the work deployment of the Provincial Party Committee's Non Public Enterprise and Social Organization Working Committee, further deepen the mechanism of "Party Building Leading Industrial Construction", enhance the vitality of grassroots trade union organizations, and improve the level of trade union work. Local trade unions have increased their efforts to cultivate leading units for party building in private enterprises, fully leveraging the exemplary role of advanced models and achieving good results. On the basis of step-by-step recommendation and assessment, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions has decided to select 146 units, including "New Zhongguan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.", as the leading units for party building and industrial construction in private enterprises in 2023

I hope that all leading units will continue to work hard and strive for excellence. All levels of trade union organizations in the province should strengthen their connections with the Party committee's organizational departments, promote the construction of trade unions in private enterprises to be included in the overall goals, deployments, inspections, and assessments of Party building work, assist in establishing a mechanism for Party and worker co construction with work interaction and activity integration, and strive to build trade unions into a "home for workers" that makes the Party feel at ease and workers trust, further consolidating the class and mass foundation of the Party's long-term governance.
